I see when I open Epic (one click) it opens 10 epics 32 bit. Hurts performance. Is there a 64 bit version?

I used Epic for a couple weeks with no problems but now -- example when I'm in Hotmail(outlook) and I click to open a received mail. Epic takes me out of Outlook mail and I see a black page. I did a Windows snip it  and saved it. I'd like to insert it  in this. How would I do that.
