When I try to use the download button it seems to work - asks me where to put the file etc - but then I get a "download failed - network error" message. This is not from youtube but from sites like gorillavid, where the video is working perfectly and from which I can download through a different browser *using an app called Internet Download Manager"
I use a program called Internet Download Manager to download videos from various websites, and until the latest update of that program last week, it was installed as an extension in Epic and worked beautifully.
After the update it didn't work in Epic (fine in other browsers) so I thought I would uninstall and reinstall it. Well - the uninstall went fine but now I can't install it again.
So I thought ok - I will try Epic's own download button... but when I try to do that, it seems to work, it gives me the option to save the video but then a message pops up saying the download failed due to a network error.
Any idea what I am doing wrong please?
