Not restoring the 3 configured tabs & bookmarks on the dashboard

I am Windows 7, my Epic version is 39.0.2171.99.

When I boot up my computer and load Epic it rarely does what it should be doing. I have configured three tabs to start with 3 different program. This works inconsistently.

I have 31 books marks on the dashboard of the browser and they never retain their icon upon startup.

I am forced to manually start 3 tabs and run the programs I use every day on a regular basis, and also to go through all the bookmarks to restore their icons.
