Preferences Cannot Be Read - Vulnerability?

Starting seeing this message earlier this week.

" Your preferences can not be read. Some features may be unavailable and changes to preferences won't be saved."

Uninstalled and re-installed Epic Privacy Browser and continuing to see the msg.

I am running Version 55.0.2661.75 on Windows Vista.

Please help.
