Alok_Epictem google- exe a virus?/ no dark theme avaiable/privacy

Hello! I do have some issues I would like some information about:

Does Epic browser allows dark theme? How should I proceed in order to install it? And if I want to unistall dark theme?

Would you please clarify me what does it mean, "Some settings that reflect browsing habits will not be cleared? A privacy browser should not allow any kind of data "not be cleared". No trace should be left!

I found google exe. in roaming data and deleted it. What is it? Should I have deleted it?

Would Epic browser team clarify the doubtsabovementioned?
