I have same problem. Error message when opening the .app file states the file is "damaged" and should be removed to Trash.

I just downloaded from the link on this site and the file I got works fine, but it says this is the version: Version 34.0.1771.0 (243083)

Is that correct version for OS 10.9?

Re: Error message saying download file is damaged

Try "Check for updates" under Epic Menu, once you have installed. If it says "You are update to date",   then you have latest version. Also all the downloads on Mac/Windows on our website are latest builds
