Epic Incredibly Slow

Today, Epic has been so slow as to be unusable.  I used Chrome to access this forum.  Numerous error messages.  Impossible to search.  Flash player does not work at all.  I am using Windows 7

This is issue was fixed last night, by upgrading our proxy servers. Please check it now and leave us your feedback.

epic still painfully slow.  particularily on banking sites. I have upgraded.

So sorry about this -- do you have the proxy on all the time?  If the proxy is off, Epic should be *really fast*. 

We have been seeing ever-growing traffic on Epic's proxy and have been trying to keep up with demand -- sorry that sometimes it's still very slow.  We have upgraded it quite a bit. 

Please keep letting us know when it's slow...we'll work on getting more bandwidth to it.  Thanks as always for your feedback & support.

Hi

I love Epic, but can't use it anymore. Past couple of days Epic browser became progressingly slower until today it is unworkable. I updated, reinstalled, tried everything.

proxy off.  does'nt seem to make any difference.

We've increased proxy bandwidth 5x -- how's it working now??  We also launched another update this weekend.  We're working around the clock to make Epic as stable and fast as possible -- as well as more secure & private (more enhancements for the proxy in the works!). 

@Norm @mer.hoffman208 -- any improvements??  How are things working now?
