Passwords deleted after Windows stop/start

Hi,

Yesterday all my passwords had been deleted from EPIC.
I put back a few, and this morning, again, no more saved password.

So, I did a quick test:
- I added a password
- I closed then restarted EPIC => password always present
- I did a restart of Windows (8.1 French) => password always present
- I stopped then started Windows => no password registered !

EPIC version: 34.0.1841.9 (251262)
Windows last update (may 2 2014) : KB2964358 (the guilty one ?)

Hi, I tested in windows 8.1 and Epic 34.0.1841.9 . My Passwords are getting saved. Are you using any antivirus software's???
If yes, can you share with us.

Hello Sathi !

- no antivirus or firewall installed, except "Windows Defender" and other Windows nativ stuff

- I use EPIC since more than a year, and I NEVER had this problem before

- for several days my passwords were again saved, but I lose its again just now
=> No KB installed since May 6
=> my version of EPIC is still the same
=> no modification on EPIC, Windows, or Windows Defender

So it seems very randomly

I tried to uninstall/reboot/reinstall EPIC, but I got the same things.

Is there a log file on the PC I can send ?

I hope that a solution will be found, because I like EPIC and I didn't want to have to return under IE :s

How do I restore passwords after they were lost when I shut down WIndows?  I get no prompt to save my password.
