Another "Assertion (Assert) failed!"

I get the goopdate\app_manager.cc popup with Assertion (Assert) failed!
It has the following message:

C:\Users\--------\AppData\Local\Epic Privacy Browser\Update\EpicUpdate.exe (pid=7284)
goopdate\app_manager.cc:49

now >= time

version is 1.3.27.13

Hi maddavo,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we don't have update mechanism for installer. 
Please uninstall Epic and install the new one from our website.  Before unistall, you can export all your bookmarks as a html file and you can import them back in the new Epic.

I have the same problem , I had to reformat my computer and now every time I try to install I get I notice some solution ?
