I can't add to Epic in windows 10 any add-on (being approved)

I can't add to Epic in windows 10 any add-on.
While adding any add-on Epic stops working. I can't do anything. I can't close Epic.
Can anyone help me.

Not sure why extension-adding isn't working.

As for Epic not closing.  This is a bug in some Win10 machines.  Try this to fix this issue.  In Epic's settings, click on "Advanced Settings" and scroll to the bottom.  Turn off "Use Hardware Acceleration".

That should fix it.  Please let us know if that works.
