Privacy CONCERNs about Epic's odd Behavior

The following disturbs me a bit:

1) Epic autocompletes some URLs - despite everything has been deleted even manually via chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

2) Epic shows 2.7 or 3.7 MB of Cached images and files on startup, with the value further rising - despite no website has been open and everything had been deleted even manually via chrome://settings/clearBrowserData at the end of the previous session (with no website open)

3) Epic shows 2 running hosted Apps (Cloud print, Web store) - despite no website has been open and everything had been deleted even manually via chrome://settings/clearBrowserData at the end of the previous session (with no website open)

Any explanation? Possible solution? hmm
