Epic window is always on top of all other windows

Running Epic version 40.0.2214.91 on top of Windows 7 x64 with dual monitors.  If I move Epic to my left monitor, which only runs Outlook and my timeclock app, I can put Outlook on top.  But on my right monitor, which is the one that all of my major work gets done on, everything opens behind Epic, so I can't have Epic open to watch my web mail while having something on top of it to work.

Any suggestions?  Also, is there anywhere on the web site to find out what the current version of the software is?  I've seen other complaints that there haven't been any updates recently, I wanted to find out how behind I might be before messing with a reinstall.

Thanks!
