I have been using EPIC for a while however it does not randomly rotate IPs to around geographic areas maintain anonymity.
The IP addresses I am assigned are almost always in NYC NY from Digital Ocean which is not much different from dynamic IP ISP.
A combination of factors such as ISP, city, browser, resolution and timezone pair narrows it down quite a bit. Can we expect more spread over geographical association of assigned IPs?
