My role involves analyzing casino player feedback and sharing useful observations with product teams. I enjoy discovering recurring issues that may not be obvious from statistics alone. Outside work, I’m interested in architecture. I love walking around old neighborhoods and photographing buildings with unusual details or interesting stories.
