Can anyone tell me who you have to do to get Approve? I've submitted 2 questions and they get views but never say Approve. Always NOT APPROVED . . . what does that mean? My questions are honest? What else is there to do?

I have used many browsers on this Windows 10, up to date desktop. Epic videos and ads appear as jumpy with pinks and green overlays? Chrome is fine. Slimjet is fine. FFox, Brave and MX5 and any other. Why is Epic acting like this?
