I don't understand why would your browser fingerprint be different when you close and reopen Epic? What will be changed?

Does the built-in VPN encrypt my traffic? If it does, what does it encrypt my traffic with? I couldn't find any information about this on the official website. (AES-256 is ideal for vpn traffic encryption)
