First of all, not all the users in the world want to use latest and most developed version of everything.
Second, there are serious advantages of using old software. My Palemoon v.25 browser skips Youtube ads because it is old and theres a glitch that enables you to avoid ads. How nice is that? The same is true for Epic v.62. Even better, most probably Youtube server thinks I'm still seeing commercials. So if they block adblock users some day, I'll be immune. Besides, I do not have to install extensions. I find that a bit pointless. You design a browser just for privacy purposes and you leave out some privacy features as an extension. Why is that?
Somehow I deleted my Epic files so I needed the same version. Luckily I found it via third party sources.
So, it would be nice if old versions were downloadable.
