Thanks for your response, but your solution does not work. I've just tested and it works in Epic, but not in Vivaldi.

Vivaldi allows multiple search engines to be added, so if, for instance, I add DuckDuckGo:

The URL field is https://duckduckgo.com/?q=%s&t=vivaldi
The Suggest URL field is: https://ac.duckduckgo.com/ac/?q=%s&type=list

With these settings, typing my search query in the address bar brings up results.

But with Epic, I cannot find which settings to apply, only
https://epicsearch.in/home/

Therefore, typing my query in the address bar brings up the Epic search home page, where I have to re-type my query.
Taking out the word "home" from the address brings my to the Sign In page, whereas I am already signed in and it goes into a loop.

Please advise.
