There is a solution to this problem.

First, I open the Download Settings:
Settings ->Downloads ->Folder

(a)  If I need to download and run a file (for example, I work with torrents), then to download the files I need to use the “Temp” temporary folder:
       C:\Users\[your user]\AppData\Local\Temp
All files in the temporary “Temp” folder will be deleted automatically.

(b)  If I need to download and save a file, then I need to use another folder, for example this one:
       C:\Users\[your user]\Downloads\Download_Epic

This solution is inconvenient, but it works.

P.S.
In all cases, I have to install:
Settings ->Downloads -> Disable "Ask where to save each file before downloading"

Epic offers me 2 options for working with files:
1. Download the file to the "Download" folder
2. Download the file to the "Download" folder and run the file.
This is inconvenient for me.
For example, if I download torrents, then a lot of files are copied to the "Download" folder.
I have to delete all these files in the future.
I want to have 2 options for working with files:
1. Download the file to the "Download" folder
2. Run the file, but do not save it in the "Download" folder.
Is it possible?

Thank you!
