Thank you for letting me know. I'm actually in the process of moving from Brave to Epic, so there are a few more questions. Kindly bear with me.

I saw in your Ad options that Epic an option to allow ads or block "known malicious ads". How does Epic decide which ads are malicious and which are not? Doesn't this imply that Epic is dependent on Ad revenue (I'm guessing you probably have an agreement with Yahoo to allow ads from their servers and also to disallow competing search engines as defaults). Can we have an option to block all ads like earlier?

My apologies if I sound inquisitive. I understand perfectly that nothing runs for free, esp. if Google is putting the squeeze on a product. I would just prefer to know what I am getting into before I start using a product full time. Of course, given my lack of knowledge in technology, I'm sure this (yahoo ads) should be the least of any user's privacy related problems, but still, I would appreciate an answer.

I can't see an option to dynamically enable or disable Javascript. It used to be there under the umbrella icon earlier. Now one has to change it in site settings every time. Any way to bring this option back directly within the umbrella, instead of opening the site settings like the workflow is currently?

Also, your captcha questions ask about US state capitals. How about using some Indian states in the Captcha? I had to reinstall Brave to look up the answer to the question about the capital of Montana :-).

Thank you
Bobby

Hello,

Please let me know if you have created the adblock plugin yourself? Also, till a few weeks\months ago, the browser home page used to explain the changes you made to sustain your revenue stream (yahoo search etc.) I can't find that page anymore. Kindly guide me to the same as I want to understand the changes you made in terms of separating ad blocking (any any other features) from your core browser capabilities and moving them to plugins and why.

Thank you
Bobby
