Epic Privacy Browser Forums

Hi,

I've seen several posts on this issue but no real resolution, so I guess I'll post here again (I have emailed Alok a few days ago and am currently waiting for a response).
I have downloaded Epic on both my personal and work computer. Work computer works fine, personal laptop crashes every time I try to open Epic. I have tried downloading through different networks (work vs. home), neither resolves the issue. I have tried restarting the computer, deleting the old Epic Browser folder from %localappsdata%, etc. etc.
Nothing works.
I am using Windows 10 Home edition.
I want to add that I had Epic installed in the past on my personal computer and it was working fine, I thought to reinstall it because it couldn't play audio for some reason. And since then I haven't been able to get the program to work at all.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
