Hey everyone,
Lately, I’ve been feeling completely overwhelmed by constant screen time, algorithmic notifications, and the general noise of the digital world. As someone who highly values privacy and tech optimization, I realized I was optimizing my devices but completely neglecting my own mental health.
To break the cycle of digital fatigue, I’ve decided to commit to a physical and mental reset later this year. After a lot of research into mindfulness and holistic health, I decided to look into traditional practices away from the digital grid.
I am planning to enroll in a 200 hour yoga teacher training course in rishikesh india to deeply disconnect, learn authentic meditation techniques, and build long-term stress management skills.
Has anyone else here used a complete physical travel destination or traditional mindfulness practices to combat severe digital burnout? I'd love to hear how you manage to balance high-tech professional lives with true mental disconnect.
Cheers!
