Since the microphone is already enabled in **macOS Security & Privacy**, it sounds like the issue may be related to the browser rather than the operating system.

A few things I'd try:

* Make sure Google Voice has permission to access the microphone within Epic Browser, then completely restart the browser after changing any permissions.
* Test the microphone on another website (such as an online microphone test) to determine whether the problem is specific to Google Voice or affects all sites.
* Verify that the correct input and output devices are selected in **System Preferences > Sound**, especially if you have multiple audio devices connected.
* Try creating a fresh Epic profile or temporarily disable any privacy settings that could interfere with media permissions, if those options are available.
* Since Epic is Chromium-based, it may also be worth checking whether the issue occurs only in Epic by testing the same setup in another Chromium-based browser. If it works elsewhere, that would help narrow the problem down to an Epic-specific bug.

Regarding the Google cookie exceptions, I don't think there's a single official list that covers every Google service, since different products can use different subdomains over time. If the browser developers have documented the recommended exceptions, that would probably be the most reliable source.

It would also be useful to know whether this issue still occurs on the latest version of Epic Browser, as there may have been fixes since Mojave and the 2022 release.
