Thx for the assistance. I beleive I got it sorted now but when I click on the umbrella button it just says empty. Is that normal?

I just tried to uninstall Epic as nothing else worked. I got an error message that indicated that it would be sent to you as follows:
Assertion (Assert) Failed!
Several other lines.... including
Process
Thread
Program
Browser
Version
File
Line
Expression: (((HRESULT)(StartWatching))) >=O)
Then instruction to hit ignore to send error info to Epic Installer Team
So.....I've uninstalled Epic and reinstalled..... I do have the umbrella button now but still can't chose the country. When i right click... I have a message that says empty... Hope this helps. I'm not a computer guru... I'm sure you know that already. Just trying to figure this stuff out. Thanks.

I have also done the reset with no results.. I have the same problem on another computer and have reset that as well
I have 2 computers that have exactly the same problem. I uninstalled epic on one of them but have exactly the same extension icon instead of the umbrella.
I reinstalled it but got the same result when it reloaded. The extensions icon was there and no umbrella. I still had all my saved URLs when the program reloaded.

I've reset epic as per your suggestion several times. Repowered the computer and I still get the same EXTENSIONS icon instead of the umbrella button. I also just noted that in the extensions the Epic Encrypted Proxy (VPN for the Browser) had a red circle with a box and arrow. I'm not sure what that means...

I have restarted Epic several times as per your suggestion. I have also restarted the computer, however, I still have the "extensions" icon and no umbrella and no way of selecting the preferred country. Do you have any further suggestions? Thx.
