Epic Privacy Browser Forums

Hello,
I have some issues with Epicbrowser´s VPN.
1) As webpage is loading I can see strange name of server in address bare showing for a moment: mfr.cdn.docp.cz
In detail: I write webpage name in a common way to the address bare like duckduckgo.com
Then suddently mfr.cdn.dcop.cz in address bar of Epicbrowser appears just for a moment. It´s so short time that it took me few days to capture name of this server. Then name of webpage reappears like nothing ever happened.
What is this server? I was unable to find any information about it. Not even trace it.
2) I need to reload webpages (usually twice) to load them correctly when using Epic VPN. Is it OK?
I use Windows7.
