#1 Epic Privacy Browser - Help & Troubleshooting » What the What!? (re huge EpicUpdate.log file) » 2020-10-06 00:48:55

Was doing a scan on my system and it got "bogged down" for hours.
Came across this file:

    C:\ProgramData\Epic Privacy Browser\Installer\Log\EpicUpdate.log
    Date created: May 26, 2015.
    Date modified: June 30, 2019

This is a Text document that is 4 GB. (Yeah ... GIGAbytes!)
For a text document. Hence the "What the What!?" confusion. PG version wink

Can you explain exactly what this file is and why it's so huge??? What is taking up this much space?
(Can't open it in Notepad, Wordpad or Word to view it as the file is too large.)
1 - Is this normal? If not, is it okay to delete it - and if so, will the file auto-regenerate?
2 - If this is an issue, should I uninstall / reinstall the application?

How 'bout now? Is it ready yet? Can we have an ETA for a Linux version? Debian preferably. (And don't say try using WINE, cuz ... just no! lol)
