I've had some issues with Epic too! If it's related to performance or connection, one thing that worked for me was restarting the app or checking for updates, as sometimes bugs can be fixed in newer versions. If it’s more specific, like a login issue or error message, clearing the cache or reinstalling the app helped me out.
