Hey, I’ve noticed the same thing with Epic before — kind of odd when it keeps running even after being "closed." Since you’ve already disabled the background apps setting, it might be that some services/extensions are still staying active for faster startup or privacy features. I don’t think it should impact your start page too much if those processes don’t run, but yeah, startup might be a bit slower. Would be great if the devs could clarify exactly what those background processes are doing!
