Every time I start Epic there is a second browser tab that opens with the url chrome-extension://ojmkmloghldahkpgloknaapbpembjija/firstRun.html

It seems to be a first run thing but it happens every single time.

It looks like an extension but is not listed under extensions.

How can I prevent this from happening?
