#1 Epic Privacy Browser - Other Feature Requests & Ideas » Please add "Double Right-Click to Close TAB".... » 2020-08-09 22:13:08

Most browsers now (other than jerks at Google Chrome) you can double click your tab to close it.
You can add this as a "setting" if you want, so it doesn't have to be default, or add it as default.

People can still use the X to close the tab if they like that better, but why would they.  It will still be there however.

I would say you could also add an extension, but sadly there no longer is a Chrome Extension that allows it...  I don't know why Google Dev's have some pet peeve against this ability, that they not only don't add it as a potential setting, they now BLOCK extensions from having it.  Yes, I know there are extensions that allow you to do it on the "page" either by double/triple clicking or with mouse gestures, but that's not practical since I like to do things like copy links, text, etc. which can cause problems with such extensions like that.

Anyway, yes, I know Google and Epic allows you to "middle mouse click" to close a tab, but I can't stand doing that, it's a pain, not easy.
So, it would be nice if you could add this...

Thanks
