Epic is keeping cache?

Good day.

Recently, I was browsing on epic and a power shutdown happened. The thing is, when I restarted the computer and re-open Epic, appeared a option asking if I want to restore the closed windows. This is a signal that Epic is keeping some logs.

Is this supposed to be happening? IS there anything that I can do to fix it?

Re: Epic is keeping cache?

Hi, this is a normal feature we've kept from Chromium in Epic.  Tt's something we really can't stop actually.  If Epic closes accidentally then it doesn't have a chance to delete all your browsing data.  So we felt it was more useful and better that when you restart Epic you can choose whether to resume your session or delete your data (since your browsing data will still be there).
