Hi, Epic will always be engineered to protect your privacy at a very high level. It is very unlikely that Google would not make Chromium code widely available in the near term for at least two reasons -- they have dominant market share so they face little competition despite all the browsers out there and they are under a lot of antitrust scrutiny so they actually like at least the illusion of competition. So there's nothing to worry about. In a worst case scenario, we could migrate back to Mozilla as a codebase from Chromium, but more likely all the Chromium browsers would work together to keep an open source Chromium going alongside a proprietary Google one.
