Hi, please visit EpicBrowser.com, download Epic then install it :-).  You can also find Epic in the Android Play Store and iOS App Store.  After install, please click in the blue "extensions" link on the new tab page to enable both AdBlock and Epic's encrypted proxy/VPN -- takes a few seconds.  Then you're good to go.
