Epic Browser On A Chromebook

My question: I just got a new Chromebook. I love the computer, but I am not wild about Google’s business model. Spy on EVERYONE. Track their every move. Store all this information forever.

So my Question is: Is there any way to install Epic web browser on a Chromebook? I mean…it should work. Chrome, Chromium, all the same.

Barring an actual install of Epic on a Chromebook, can we modify Google's Chrome browser to do all the stuff Epic does? I really don't like Google tracking my every thought!
