Hello,
Very interested in this browser but there is no way in HELL I am going to go blind looking at white pages. PLEASE for the love of logic DEFAULT this browser to a dark theme.
Other than this I give you guys a big gold star!

YES +1 !!!
While not the most critical tech being achieved here, a safe browser is only safe if you use it. This really needs to be darker, or offer user ability to modify it enough to make it darker.
I'd be happy for a default option like the darker theme in chrome.

Can you please, PLEASE have a dark theme option?
The durrent theme is way too bright, especially at night.
Im sure a dark theme wouldnt compromise security!

Yes please, even with the screen brightness turned down it's too bright to be comfortable, even MS has a dark theme now.

I much prefer light text on dark background, especially when I have my browser open next to my dark-themed code editor.
The dark-theme option is one of three features holding me back from making epic my default browser, as a user. (As a programmer, there are also numerous web-dev features that I would want, but first things first.)
1) dark theme option
2) speed-controller for vimeo, youtube, etc.
3) reader view (actually, I could live without reader view, but I would miss it).

Please set "dark theme" as an option. I always use "invert colors" on my laptop so the whole screen is dark, but this causes the Epic Browser tabs to be all lightly colored. I would like the entire experience to be darkened, especially with my favorite browser of all time, Epic!

I can't use this browser with a large white screen (because I have a large monitor and do not want to wear sunglasses). I use DarkReader extension in Brave and Chrome.

You can use the Windows-based support for Dark Mode for Epic for Windows I believe.

I believe Win 7 has been deprecated, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microso … -7-support.

The linux question has been answered here.
Not yet though you can use Epic on Linux via WINE. We LOVE Linux but we probably won't be able to support a Linux-based Epic for some time, we're a small team so supporting 4 platforms is already a LOT of work.
