You're probably fine with just 1 VPN, Nord -- though we can not vouch for Nord or anyone's honesty, but they're a large VPN of course. 

Epic doesn't track its users. 

Epic does block google tracking, FB tracking, etc. -- you should enable AdBlock in Epic for maximum tracker protection.  It takes a few seconds.

You can subscribe to EpicSearch.in for ad-free private search -- that's $2.50/month or $30/year -- then you can change Epic's default search to it. 

The best option to do for private online browsing is to use Epic with your VPN on and to use EpicSearch for search :-).  There's also TOR but that shouldn't be considered secure and it can be slow.  TAILs is extremely private but again uses TOR so it shouldn't be considered secure and it's also a pain to use.

There's no downloadable information or such as we don't keep any such record in Epic.  Make sure that Epic's adblock is enabled so that Google and FB trackers are blocked.  They are ubiquitous on so many websites unfortunately, but generally blocked by Epic's AdBlock which includes Tracker blocking.
