Sorry about the issues & we're glad so many made excellent use of it for so many years! It seems the Russian government blocked our VPN / encrypted proxy network a month or two ago.
We with our most recent release the past few days have stopped supporting the VPN / encrypted proxy service unfortunately as it had gotten too time consuming & expensive. There are several fast, free Chrome VPN extensions you can use in Epic though -- we list a few such as Proton, WindScribe and others which don't require any registration like VeePN, TroyWell, VPNly, Anonymox, UltraSurf and uVPN.
