This topic is also in the Help/Troubleshooting forum, but since no working solution is provided I felt this definitely had to be posted under Bugs.

My problem: It is imposible to install extensions from the Epic Web Store. When I click the Install button a Save window comes up. After saving the .crx file there is no way of installing it. I tried opening it with Epic Browser, but this only brings up another Save window. One user suggested reinstalling Epic, which I did (even redownloading to make sure I had the latest version), but that had no effect.

For me Epic has lost a lot of its apeal if I can't even install an adblocker. Hope this can be fixed.

I have the same problem.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Epic (even redownloaded the downloader) as Ayneed instructed, but still the same problem...

I find it rather odd that there is no way of installing official extensions from the official epic browser store in the Epic browser itself. I installed Epic for browsing without tracking, ads and more privacy, but it seems rather pointless now. Hope this will be fixed.
