I recently read in Computer active magazine about how good Epic was. i downloaded it to instaalad it but it fall. always said    error 0x80040707    Please I will be very glad if you can help me fix this problem

I recently read in Computer active magazine about how good Epic was. i downloaded it and opened the installer........ I was informed that Epic had installed but sadly I cant find it anywhere on my computer.
I am running Windows 8 on a 64 bit laptop.
Can someone help please as I would love to use this browser?
