Browser crashes - restore doesn't work (being approved)

Lately the browser crashes every few days with only about 12-15 tabs open.

When I restart and hit "restore" it does not work.

What's the fix for this to regain tabs that were open before crashing?

I recently read in Computer active magazine about how good Epic was. i downloaded it and opened the installer........ I was informed that Epic had installed but sadly I cant find it anywhere on my computer.
I am running Windows 8 on a 64 bit laptop.
Can someone help please as I would love to use this browser?
