I have the same "proxy down" click the bubble issue.

Am using epic version:
Version 31.0.1650.57 (188037)

Attempting to use on MacBook Pro - OSX 10.9
(installed above OS mid November)

Have used epic successfully prior to last week. (12/1/13)
