Epic and most other browsers are dependent on the Chromium code, and thus Google. That sounds to me like Google ultimately has MASSIVE leverage over the browser market. If Chromium were no longer available, what would Epic do to survive? If Google stopped their Chromium contribution and instead released an equivalent of Chromium that included a requirement to allow more ads and tracking and perhaps even include Google Search as default search, how would Epic browser survive? Would it be changed to meet that demand?
