Epic Privacy Browser Forums

I want to install epic but the installer certificate says it is expired. I checked my pc clock and it is getting time from the microsoft time server and looks okay.  Am I being attacked by man in the middle?
Certificate on installer says:

Issued To: Hidden Reflex
Issued by: Comodo RSA Code Signing CA
Valid from: 10/22/2016 to 10/23/2018

Also, it installed 32 bit version and my computer is 64 bit.
