Proxies connection have nothing to do with Browser. This is because if one of our IP is down for some reason or on during proxy server restart, You will be connected to different IP, there by your session logs out. This is a very rare thing that happens unless one of the server is taken down for maintenance.
If this happens often, please do let us know.

If you are inside a network like LAN where you have your own proxy, this could happen, otherwise you should be able to connect to proxy.

Thank You for such a detailed analysis. We do not make calls to google or any service, here is the first topic (http://forum.epicbrowser.com/viewtopic.php?id=20), after which we have blocked several Google Urls. That one url, possibly would not have been figured out. But thanks for those weird urls as well. We will block them soon.
Possibility of UDP usage is because of quic protocol being integrated into chromium, but by default it is disabled. In this case probably go to chrome://net-internals/#quic and see if it is enabled or go to chrome://flags and make the default values to disabled and see how it works, there by you can have choice of OS DNS. If this does not work, please report again, we will work on fixing this.
Also FYI, we do not log any calls on our proxy servers.
Also Epic store was only opened because of users request, so that we check these extensions privacy and then allow them on our store.(http://forum.epicbrowser.com/viewtopic.php?id=33)

At this point only Epic search is set as default search engine which is also a private search engine

- Go to Wrench menu -> Settings -> Appearance -> Check Home button -> Enter your URL. It should give your home button.
4] Where do I go to upload images that greatly clarify a post like this?
You can upload your image probably in free image uploaders like http://postimage.org/ and upload the image and give the url of image here. This forum displays image with following tags

One of our proxy server has been failing badly because of some hardware problem, I just restarted, it needs an immediate upgrade (very soon today it will be done), but rest of other five proxy servers are working fine, you can restart browser and connect to them

We are running fair number of proxy servers in different locations, whenever you are unable to connect to proxy, just quit and restart your browser, you will be connected to a different proxy server.
Yesterday two of our servers were down. So you would have faced some problems.

Hi, we have updated all our proxy servers ssl certificates on this Monday i.e. 08/18/2014. This issue lasted between 08/15/2014 to 08/18/2014. Are you getting these errors even now? If so can you check what is the ip address of that particular proxy, do let us know?

Hi, Please do not worry about these connections, these are our SSL proxy servers, we are trying to come with one unique domain name to connect, right now sakth.com, epicbrowser.net, faisla.in, odecide.com are all Epic browser new SSL proxy servers while the other one is from our partner spotflux, which means all your proxy connections will be encrypted, so if any middle man tries to view the traffic, it will be encrypted, thus protecting users traffic.
However in future we might come with options like only using one server name like epicbrowser.net, but still we are working to make our proxy servers performance optimized and come up with one name.

Please report the IP address of proxy well, so that we will know which proxy is slow. Right now we have a vendor spotflux and partially our servers. Our servers are taking very less load as they are in experimental stage.
With IP address we will be able to understand which proxy is causing the issue, and we can act accordingly.
