Permanently Display Bookmarks Manager

Greetings,

Is there any way to permanently display the Bookmarks Manager?  When I choose "Bookmarks" and then "Display Bookmarks Manager", it displays my bookmarks (i.e., Favorites) on the left-hand side of the screen.  However, when I exit Epic Privacy Browser and reopen it, the bookmarks are gone.  Am I doing something wrong?
