Option in settings or tools to allow popups?

There are a few sites I use that need popups. I saw an article that said to select tools-->options to specify exception urls to allow their popups, but there is no "options" in my Epic browser tools. Is there a way to specify allowing popups for specific websites?

You can do this in Epic via Wrench Menu->Settings->Advanced Settings->Content-Settings->Pop Ups-> Manage Exceptions.
