Preventing "Disable Proxy" from being UNCHECKED

Greeting,

I was just wondering if it is possible to prevent a user from going to Advanced Settings and then unchecking "Disable Proxy"?  I want the "Disable Proxy" option to ALWAYS be CHECKED.  Is it possible to PREVENT a user from "unchecking" this option?

Yes, its possible. You can uncheck this setting always. Please let us if this doesn't work for you.
