unable to connect to proxy server

Well I've been using this browser and I'm well satisfied with it And the main reason i use it is because of its security and proxy.
It's been a month I'm using it and i had no complaints.
but since last 2 hours I'm trying to access websites and it doesn't work it says unable to connect to proxy. It was working fine today morning. I've restated it many times,even installed a new one but it's no good. If i turn off thr proxy then it works fine.
i don't know what happened.
please fix it asap.

Hi Epic,

I've been getting the same error message every time my Peerblock and Firewall blocks the IP 38.86.48.36...Was wondering if this is your IP so I can add an exclusion to fix this problem from my end.
