where is the proxy switch?

i can't find the proxy switch,but only t star on the top of the window.

Two weeks ago I installed Epic browser. Three days ago Proxy button is no more active. When point the icon with the cursor it shows "Proxy off on this website."

Also ONLY 5 pages are displayed to any query! If I type 'New York' in the search box only 5 pages are displayed. Any explanation from EPIC administrator?
