Help, browser not working after reinstall

So i have been using epic privacy browser for 2 to 3 months with out a problem. The browser was running fast and smooth and with out problem. Then one day it would not work. I did nothing different with my laptop. I didn't change settings or delete any files associated with the epic privacy browser for this problem to be occurring so please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when i click my epic privacy browser shortcut on the desktop this message pops up

The Program cant start because C:\Users\Bstrunk\AppData\Local\Epic
Privacy Browser\Application\55.0.2661.75\chrome_elf.dll is missing
from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I have more than once tried reinstalling, but it dose not help ?? if any one else has had this problem any help would much appreciated thanks in advanced .
